Help me build my 6.5g sbr

So I've sent in my tax stamp on my Alexander arms stripped lower, and am part of the faxon 12" group buy, i have Alexander arms stripped upper. Larue mbt trigger Alexander arms bolt but no bolt carrier. I'm new to ar and plan to build a light weight hunting rifle. I plan on using a tbac ultra 7 30cal can and im unsure about things like buffer weight spring jpscs stuff that would be optimal for the build. I do plan on ordering a adjustable gas block. So my question is what buffer or jpscs would you use for sbr. And I've not had much like finding bolt carriers without the bolt. Is it common to just order one and throw away the 556 bolt that comes with it?

I sent my lower off today for SBR engraving. I'll be running an A5 buffer system, (SLR) AGB, and LMT enhanced carrier. After extensive reading/research on SBRs (esp suppressed) those 3 items should ensure success with a variety of ammo. There is little info out there on Grendel SBRs, mostly 556/223. Of those 3, the 'most necessary' item would be a good AGB. The A5 and LMT E Carrier are beneficial but not mandatory.

I hope it's ok to mention another forum on here, if not please delete. M4C has tons of SBR info.

I run an SLR adjustable gas block and use a JP SCS on my 11.5" Grendel. That rifle runs like a top. Sounds like your parts list will lead to a mighty fine rifle.

There are lots of places that sell only bolt carriers, JSE Surplus, DSG Arms come to mind.

You can get a Nitrided BC from Precision Firearms for 100.00 I think still. That's what I have for my, 12.5" and sadly haven't installed the barrel yet, lol. I'm just waiting for my Suppressor to clear, I'm hoping in the next 45-60 days.

My parts are, and really confident in fill functioning.
            Areo upper
            Lilja barrel
SLR gas block n rail n gas tube
            PF BCG
            JP scs
            Elftman Trigger

Imo the Grendel will need similar parts as a 556 sbr needs to function properly.
12.5" SBR Grendel - Need Barrel
            Surge - Rugged Suppressor
Been a fan of the Grendel from the very beginning and haven't second guessed that choice one time.

This ones pretty cheap $59 they used to sell one NTFE coated stripped for about that same price but discontinued it i guess. I was going to buy a few. I don't really like the sand cut BCG they sell now
