Another individual brought to the Grendel side

Good weekend.

A work friend saw my Grendel's and said he wanted one. I found an ad for a lightly used upper on another site. Turned out the seller frequents this site too. Anyway, got a deal together. My friend received the upper today and was pretty happy. He went and got 2 lowers with the idea of one being for the Grendel.

That wasn't good enough and he decided he would use the lower from another rifle to get some rounds through his new (new to him )upper. He's got an AR10 in 308 and an AR15, but had followed the 6.8 SPC and 6.5 Grendel and decided to go with the Grendel way back.

Yup, I think the seller and I corrupted him pretty well.

Will do. I think he's going to be real satisfied. He just sent me some pics of it setup and ready to take out tomorrow. One of these days I will have to take mine up to his property. His house has some places to go for distance.

Definitely a good choice. Grendel is my favorite. Bad part is I have a Creedmoor almost done he wants to check out. If he likes that he said he'd need to get an upper to switch with his 308. Seems the gun bug has bit him again.
