Tab Gear from Rifles Only. It works vertically, sideways, flat, and folded, has just enough weight, while being formable to the situation. I use an assortment of different telescoping stocks mostly, with a favor to the Vltor Clubfoot. Precision Rifle Blog has a good article on this: http://precisionrifleblog.com/2013/1...-the-pros-use/

Either a TAB Small Bag (52's picture above) or the Red Tac Rear Bag.
Have unpicked the stitching and replaced the fill with micro-light beads. Same fill as those light-weight horseshoe pillows used on aircraft. If shooting at the range then I use normal sand-filled rear bags.
Magpul's fixed-stock MOE rides rear bags reasonably well. Their ACS for collapsible is also a nice stock. Don't like the PRS, too bulky and heavy for a working rifle.

Tab gear here also. Great selection at https://www.triadtactical.com/Bean-Bags-Shooting-Rests/A nice walk in the woods helps me relax and relieves tension....
The fact I'm dragging a shovel and a body should be irrelevant...

I'm a fan of the wedgie from triad tactical. It's triangle and is better suited for my .308 with manners t-2 stock but I also use it for my Grendel with a Magpul prs stock. I like the fact you can run your sling through it and it stays on your rifle if your moving to different shooting locations.
