Alright, I have the hornady custom die set. I full-length sized 40 cases and when I sat the first bullet, using the seating die, the case peeled some cooper off the bullet. I measured the mouth of the cases and got 0.258, after being full-sized. Had any of you had this problem? The sizing die has an elliptical expander inside, I'm not sure if it could be adjusted.

Do you chamfer the inner case mouth? With a tool such as this:

There are various types, for both inside and outside of the case mouth. I use ones that work with a cordless drill, to chamfer and debur after cases have been trimmed.Drifter
