Did some testing with H4895 yesterday with the following results.

Gun-Nesika NXP Single Shot Bolt Action built by Gre-Tan rifles, 15" Krieger Barrel 1 in 8 twist, 6.5 Grendel

    Temp 92

    Brass AlexA(Lapua)

Bullet Hornady 140 Spire Point, touching 2.302, seated at 2.292

    H4895-Rem 71/2 primer

    25.5 gr 2066 fps

    26.0 gr 2080 fps

    26.5 gr 2098 fps

Al loads crunch the powder down but only a little bit.

Loads were not hot at all, primers were rounded.

I saw you intend to use these for steel silhouette. What ranges? The trajectory on this load will be awfully curved at distance. Not really a big deal if you are shooting at fixed distances but I'm curious if a flatter shooting load wouldn't serve you better.

Understood. That's easy enough for shooting inside 200 meters at known and fixed distances targets. My thoughts default to field situations where you most likely wont have the opportunity to get a 100% accurate range. In your situation I can see where the heavier bullet would be beneficial in knocking over the targets.
