Anyone using 120gn speer gold dots

    the gold dots (120) that I have, some of them seem to have a small ridge right towards the bottom, at like, the top edge of the boat tail. This might interfere with your seating. I've had some feel a bit rough going into the case but they seated ok.

          That was easy
          Pretty good For a Ruger American I must say

          Top target was on the left bottom was on the right
          Shot across the top then bottom left and factory ammo bottom right

          I was zeroing scope aswell hence poi shift between groups
          Actual point of impact shift between groups was very little if none

              hi there kiwi shooter... did you find a good recipe for the Gold Dots? I've recently got a few packets of it for the Grendel.... I've managed to build a load using 8208, with MV about 2470ft/s.... how did you get on? both on the recipe, and the performance while hunting while here in NZ? I've yet to try the GDs in the field... but found the eldm123 to work on fallow down South....
