I would just use Hodgdon's data for 90s as a reference. They list all of the four powders they use for 85s for 90s, with starting loads for 85s a half grain higher than 90s and with all of the 90s having a higher max charge. I would look to start 1/2 grain higher than the 90 XBR data and use the 90 max for the first run through.Let's go Brandon!

I haven't put it on my old phone Sierra's data is now available free on their phone app. I do not know what data they have for the 6.5 Grendel https://download.cnet.com/Sierra-Bul...-78146268.html

29 gr of AA2200 have my Sierra 85 doing 2810 fps out of a 16" barrel just getting dialed. according to Sierra data, max charge for this load would be 29.6 gr. I did load some at 29.3 and 29.6 but only shot a couple of the 29.3 because I saw some rips from extractor. Those were at 2848 fps. Since pulled extractor and cleaned up contact area. It needed it.

I show several that I have pre-loaded into my spreadsheet for the 85's, from the Hodgdon mag, Sierra, and Western powder data...
In the grain-weight arena, for the 95 Vmax I find H335 and Xbr to be close in weight and performance. In the Speer 90 Tnt (Hodgdon manual) the Xbr loads ~0.5 gr below the H335 loads and ~50-100 ft/s slower. H335 is listed in Hodgdon for 85gr but Xbr is not.Mag,,,,, H322 Sie,,,,, Tac Mag,,,,, H335 Sie,,,,, RE-10x Western,,,,, Acc 2200 Western,,,,, Acc 2520 "Down the floor, out the door, Go Brandon Go!!!!!"

Has anyone tried LVR with these bullets? I know they are lighter than most seem to load with that powder. Works great with CCI-450s and 123gr Nosler CCs for me. I just got a bunch- that's why I'm asking. Haven't seen IMR8208XBR in months and my H335 is pretty much spoken for.
Thanks for the help!
