AA2520 data, any tips? Preferably 130gr

Anyone have any good data for 2520?
On the Accurate Arms website, their data stops at 123gr bullets. I really want to throw 130s. The Sierra Game Changer in particular.
It is for a soon to arrive Ruger American Predator.
If that is more bullet than the Grendel can do, I can go lighter.

I have been sitting on about 5lbs of 2520 for a while. I want to burn it up.

    Thanks in advance.

I'd start at 28gr and work up. I don't have any data so I'd do a quick 15 shot ladder on the chronograph.

Start low work up over the graph in no more then .3 tenths increases.

If you will be hunting with the 130 Game Changer I would do a bunch of research of at what velocities it is designed to get optimum expansion at. Seems like I read someplace that it was really designed to be optimum running at higher velocities (6.5 Creed) than the Grendel runs even though you probably can run it faster in the bolt rifle than in the AR platform. I have seen on Jonny's reloading on YouTube him running the 129 Nos. LRAB and the 135 Berger with AA2520 I think. Might check this out. The 129 Nos. LRAB looks to be about the perfect heavy bullet for the Grendel but I can't find them anyplace and they along with the Berger are pretty expensive. But like the fellow once told me when in my younger days I was into golf and complained of the cost that to keep your game you have to play often. He said "If your going to play your going to have to pay."

Thanks 1shot. I found the Johnny's video very helpful.
I will unlikely be hunting with this. I am gearing up to load Creedmoor and Grendel. I want to share a bullet. That is why I want to use this bullet.
I have been setting on this powder for a long time. When it is gone, I can move to more optimum powders.

Check out Johnny's Reloading Bench on YT. He uses 2520 a lot.

Alexander Arms loading data list 29.4 grains max load of Accurate 2520 with 129 grain SST. AA didn?t list a start load and this data is several years old. AA data tended to run hot so I would use caution working up with .3 grain increments and a chronograph.

I have an older Hornady loading manual which list A 2520 with 129 grain SST, 129 grain Interbond and 129 grain InterLock Soft point. Start load is 24.7 A 2520 max load is 28.5 grains A2520. The Interbond bullet is a monolithic copper alloy built which tend to build pressure quicker than cup and core bullets and could explain the difference in AA load data and Hornady.

I looked at Sierra online data for the 130 game changer and didn’t find anything. You might call Sierra as they may have unpublished test data on Accurate 2520 they might share.

my 20 inch radical AR loves the 130 sierra game changer with 8208xbr i know it isn't the powder you mentioned but 130 gr is fine in my 1-9 twist. Going tomorrow to fire another 15 rounds over chrony will let you know the speed data. key hole maker at accuracy test have to speed test at different times as i use a magno blade chrony.
