129g Accubond LR with 22g of 4198 and CCI AR Match in Hornady brass

It's a new experiment, but so far so good. Haven't chronograph tested yet, but big animal testing was positive. Runs flawlessly in 12" pistol AR.

Yes it did. I'll post chronograph info whe I have it. The main thing is, it functions perfectly in the gun and meat.

I'm curious also. 22gr of IMR4198 is slightly over pressure.

No pressure signs yet. What is your data source? I had a hard time finding reliable data.

I ran it through mine too, just used my current case capacity and trim length. My results are very close to centerfire's. slightly higher pressure due to slightly shorter trim and 35.5gr case cap.

Still overpressure. If we had chrono numbers, case cap, and case length, we could tweak it for more reliable results.

As soon as I get to chronograph it I'll post. I used new Hornady brass. I'd love feedback and advice. I'm far from expert and fairly new to loading for semi auto rifles. My impression of the 22g load was milder than factory Hornady ammo, but the reduced muzzle blast accounts for that. I don't want to damage the little monster barreled pistol. It shoots into one hole at 100.

VERY interested in this load for my "pending" pistol. The ablr and 12" grendel velocities seem like a match made in heaven if they shoot!

                              How's the muzzle blast?
