I would like to also know if they take standard primers like Winchester? and how is the run out on the necks? and over all quality?

Run out is typical starline, very good. Not lapua good, but hornady good.
They will take all small rifle primers I have tried (federal AR match, Rem 7 1/2s, CCI #41 and CCI #450s.
Virgin Starline has slightly less capacity as Hornady or Lapua, so dont throw your Hornady/Lapua spec charges in Starline brass and expect the same results. I suggest an independent load workup.

kilco, have you done a volume test to see how much capacity difference there is between these case or is their another source for the difference in the volume capacity? and how much is the difference is there? the reason why I ask is the Starline brass seems to be a decent price, but if the performance isn't there then I may need to look at other brass?
