It's a StrelokPro specific file I believe. You now can import that data on multiple devices or if you lose your phone, etc., you can restore the lost data.

There are 3 different versions on android. Free, + (~$5), and Pro (~$15)

          Strelockpro

Does any one have an answer as to why I can not open my Strelockpro files once I put them in drop box? Is there an app I need to do so? Any answers would be appreciated.

I answered earlier I thought. If I didn't, here goes. To my knowledge it is a Strelok file therefore can only be opened by the Strelok app. I have found it to work cross platform from iPad to my Android phone with no issues. But as far as I know it's not like a CSV file or whatever they are called.

When I reset my phone I used my iPad backup to reinstall all my data and settings. No issues.
