seeking die advice

i just bought a set of redding dies. when i look at the bottom of the sizing die and rotate
the center part, the decapping pin does not rotate and stay centered. it wanders around a little. should i be concerned??

My de-capping pin is basically floating in my Hornady die, and has been for years.

Pull the sizing plug and tighten the nut holding the decapping pin in. Should be part of the expander ball.
