When I use used 7.62x39 brass, I have also found that some brands measure slightly differently. Fiocchi won't fit in the Sheridan guage, either in base that can't be sized, or rim diameter. Win and Rem drop right in. Don't know if it is from flow, but I usually scrap Fiocchi when I find it. Now, I will save them up and run a batch with my drill press. Doh...
